BOE's TIKI BAR will embrace fruitier drinks like The Tropical Orchid Martini vodka base with lychee liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange blossom water, and drops of purple butterfly pea flower.
A team favorite, the sharable Pink Flamingo Bucket, includes Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple, mango, cranberry Juice, passion fruit, fresh lime juice, and lemon-lime soda, served over crushed ice and fresh pineapple in a signature vessel topped with a flamingo swizzle.
The rooftop incorporates the classics such as a Rum Rummer, Mojito, and tropical Mule, alongside a variety of frozen drinks.
